VP Series provide a full 3D inspection in the post printing inspection. With high accuracy, simple operation (complete touch panel method), and simplified program generation, the VP-5000 represents the solution for an high quality production starting at the beginning of the line.

 

Measurement Principle of VP Series:

 

The 3CCD camera is placed vertically to the solder, and the projector radiates a colored stripe light pattern and an angle above the object. The amount of the deviation of the projected stripe pattern from the object, is converted into the height according to the triangulation principle. Thanks to the big area covered from the projector, the inspection is fast.

 

The simplified conversion from Gerber data allows to reduce drastically the time to create a new inspection program directly on the machine; anyway, the “Off-line” programming is also available and the Data Collection Software is providing a complete control of the process, with the most common statistical Analysis. The statistical results can be visualized both graphically or exported in CSV files.
