SEICA offers a series of technical after-warranty support contracts, charaterized by very competitive pricing.

These solutions are divided into four categories:
1. Complete Technical Support Contract
Telephone support to resolve any problems that may occur during the normal functioning of the system, unlimited repair of modules and supply of a temporary substitute. Software updates, annual calibration of the measurement modules mentioned in the contract and supply of the calibration certificate. Unlimited visits to the customer's facility at a set price (determined by the location of the customer), beyond those that are already included in the contract.
2. Repair Contract
Telephone support to resolve any problems that may occur during the normal functioning of the system, unlimited repair of modules and supply of a temporary substitute.
3. Remote Assistance Contract
Seica operates directly on the customer's system from a remote position, enabling the support technicians to effect direct diagnostics of the system to find the problem and the possible solution.
4. Software updates Contract
During the contract period Seica will supply software updates as they are released.
