Seica is uniquely positioned to offer Comprehensive Reverse Engineering solutions thanks to the PILOT Line of flying probe testers, the original and only flying probe platform truly oriented not only to production test but also to the repair and reverse engineering of electronic boards.
These systems can provide a complete set of software tools developed specifically for this process, and the hardware resources (mobile electrical probes, cameras, etc.) needed to acquire and verify the board data. The results of the process enable the complete and accurate rebuild of the netlist of the board.

The PILOT VX test platform is the gold standard in flying probe speed and performance. A state-of-the-art mechanical architecture and advanced motion controllers enable up to a 50% reduction in test time. Its 12 multi-function test heads allow double-sided probing of up to 60 points simultaneously. The platform integrates cutting-edge measurement hardware and an innovative measurement technique, delivering unmatched testing performance.

The optimized VIVA software further enhances efficiency by enabling parallel execution of various test types. Advanced analysis capabilities, powered by artificial intelligence algorithms, automatically optimize the test flow in real-time while maintaining full test coverage.

In the defense sector, many manufacturers face the challenge of extending the lifecycle of their designs, particularly when managing component obsolescence. To address this, Seica has introduced the new Valid LR system, specifically developed for Legacy Replacement. This flexible and powerful platform enables rapid and accurate migration of existing TPSs (Test Program Sets) while preserving original fault coverage. Users can continue using test programs just as they did on the original tester, with the added benefit of a future-ready platform.
