Seica China at Productronica China 2025: Showcasing Cutting-Edge Flying Probe Test Solutions
Seica Electronics Suzhou (China) proudly celebrates its 20th anniversary, marking two decades of innovation and excellence in the Chinese market. As a key player in Seica’s global journey, Seica China stands alongside the Group’s other international subsidiaries—Seica Inc. (USA) and Seica France Sarl (France), which are celebrating 25 years of activity. This milestone underscores Seica China’s commitment to delivering advanced testing solutions and strengthening Seica’s presence worldwide.
As part of this celebration, Seica China will participate in Productronica China 2025, taking place from March 26-28 at the SNIEC, Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Visitors to booth E5.5516 will have the opportunity to explore cutting-edge advancements in flying probe test technology, including the PILOT VX, the Rapid H8, and insights into Seica’s newest innovations, reinforcing its role as a leader in the industry.

Next-Level Testing with the PILOT VX and Rapid H8
The PILOT VX platform continues to set the gold standard for flying probe testing, offering unmatched speed, precision, and versatility. With a state-of-the-art mechanical design and motion controllers, it reduces test time by up to 50%, while 12 multi-function test heads enable double-side probing of up to 44 points simultaneously. Advanced measurement techniques, powered by artificial intelligence algorithms, optimize the test flow in real-time. The FlyPod option extends testing capabilities by enabling access to boundary scan circuits and onboard programming, making the PILOT VX an essential tool for testing a diverse range of electronic boards, including ceramics, wafers, and aerospace applications.
On display will also be the fully automated Rapid H8, equipped with eight independent mobile probes—four on each side—capable of handling high-speed, high-accuracy PCB testing. The latest generation of linear guide technology ensures precision and repeatability, while innovative probe styles support advanced electrical tests such as 2-wire and Kelvin (4-wire) testing. This solution is ideal for manufacturers requiring high-throughput PCB testing in both prototyping and mass production.
